Tjejer Kodar
Tjejer Kodar is one of Sweden's largest communities for women in tech, dedicated to promoting better equality within the tech industry. Born out of frustration with the reliance on programmers to realise their ideas and projects, the founders sought out courses and networks that catered to their needs but found nothing suitable. It seemed like the tech world was a competition to make programming as complicated and inaccessible as possible. Django Girls is a non-profit organization and a community that empowers and helps women to organize free, one-day programming workshops by providing tools, resources and support. We are a volunteer run organization with hundreds of people contributing to bring more amazing women into the world of technology. Django Girls
